This Mother’s Day, join us for a nourishing morning created to celebrate the special women in your life - mums, daughters, sisters, aunties, chosen family, or simply yourself.
Honour Her is a gentle, connection-led gathering blending spring-inspired yoga with soothing breathwork. Together, we will move, breathe and pause in a space designed to support regulation, reflection and meaningful connection.
Come alone and be held in community, or book alongside someone special and share the experience side by side.
